The Great Nomad Expedition
Amelia Olsen took part in The Great Nomad Expedition, where ten women from across the world rode 1200 kilometres on four different animals across Mongolia.
They travelled on camels through the Gobi Desert, yaks through the mountains, on ponies across the wide-open Steppe-grasslands and on reindeer through wildflowers in the forest and bareback through the water. The trek finished in the summer snow in the north of Mongolia ….
